Step to install Android 5.0 Lollipop CM12 custom ROM to Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9802
Download all above listed ZIP files to your computer or laptop and transfer zip file to Grand Duos root of your SD card
Switch OFF your Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9802 and Enter CWM Recovery by pressing Volume Up +Menu + Power buttons together and do full wipe (everything except SD card)
From Recovery Menu, use Volume Up or Down button for navigation
Go to choose from SDcard or install ZIP from SD card and install or flash cm-12-20141116-UNOFFICIAL-i9082.zip in ClockworkMod Recovery and optionally install or Flash Google Apps and flash Superuser too.

After rebooted check your device android version by checking Setting > More > About phone.
