Minimum 50% battery need before start your work
Make sure your HTC explorer (Pico) is already installed with proper working Clockworkmod recovery (CWM Recovery) and Rooted properly to access root folder of HTC explorer (Pico)
Enable the USB Debugging Mode in your Samsung Galaxy Y GT-5360 tablet device follow this step “Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging”.
Check your model number from Home screen–> Menu–>Settings –> About Phone.

Step to update HTC explorer (Pico) to Android 4.4 KitKat CM based Custom ROM:
Download the above mentioned custom ROM Zip file to your computer or laptop and connect HTC explorer (Pico) to pc or laptop using Wi-Fi or USB cable driver and transfer zip file to root of your mobile SD card
Switch OFF your HTC explorer (Pico) smartphone and Enter CWM Recovery mode by pressing and hold “Volume up, Home and Power” buttons together or else use ROM manager apps apk to enable recovery mode.
Note: In Recovery Menu, use Volume Up or Down button for navigation
Then in Recovery mode “choose from SDcard” or “install ZIP from SD card” and install or flash beanstalk k-k pico.zip file from SdCard and proceed to installation step.
WARNING: This flash will erase all your data and the contents of your internal SD card.
And select G-APPs.zip file and install it
After ZIP file got installed DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot).
Wait for 3 to 4 minutes and go to main menu and select ‘reboot system now’.
That’s it your HTC explorer (Pico) successfully installed with Android V4.4 kitkat based custom ROM and check your latest software version of HTC explorer (Pico) at setting — > about phone section.
